The hotel's location is not ideal, but it's close to public transportation and some shops. the room had standard amenities, albeit a bit outdated. While the bathroom was not spotless, the shower had hot water and decent water pressure.
The customer service left much to be desired, with staff being unhelpful to travelers.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, I was highly impressed with the level of luxury and comfort provided. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, which was spotless from top to bottom. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Location was easily accessible, within walking distance of a shopping center and several restaurants. the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a decent selection of food. the staff was friendly and informative about local attractions.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Upon arrival, it was not easy to locate the hotel as the given address was incorrect.

During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near popular attractions and public transportation. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. the staff members were friendly and helped me with any questions I had.
My experience was marred by some issues. The room was not cleaned and the bedsheet was not tidy.
